When the NSX was introduced in late summer 1990, the sticker price including destination charge was $60,600. How much would that be in today's dollars?

In 2005, when the NSX was discontinued, $60,600 in 1990 dollars was worth $90,900 in 2005 dollars - almost exactly the same as the 2005 NSX sticker price.

They don't have 2015 cost of living numbers out yet. But $60,600 in 1990 dollars was worth $110,000 in 2014 dollars.

At $150K, the new NSX is 36 percent more expensive than the original, after adjusting for inflation.

(Calculations use this cost of living calculator.)

$192,480 when new in 1993 in AU for mine.... Ouch.
Wondering what the AU price will be when it comes here...

In 1990, the NSX in Singapore was $300,000 ($400,00k in current conversion) Singapore Dollars.

And that is without COE (certificate of entitlement, basically registration for 10 years. which could be priced from 5k to 50k depending on the government)

I'm originally from SG

Why anyone owns a car there, I'll never know.... Let alone an NSX.

My 02 NSX had a sticker of $89.7K so in today's dollars that would be about $120K. So the new NSX at $150K isn't too far off. But, for me it's still too far off.
