Prime user IMS_NA1 (Imran Alibhai) from Canada tried to pass these JDM taillights off as not having any cosmetic issues other than, "just some residue on one tail due to it being opened up before".
Apparently his interpretation of residue are major cracks, actually an 8 inch crack in the lens among others. The pics below show them. I filed with Paypal right away and got my money back over a month later. Too bad I had to lose 70.00 in return shipping to get it back though.
