Imola NSX with yellow lights spotted & SPOON brakes spotted on 22fwy

I spotted a Imola Orange NSX NA2 with SPOON brakes, NSX-R wing and this crazy yellow lights..

It looked like he replaced his main lights with yellow lights.. it's crazy yellow.

My question to the owner is, is it the main lights that were replaced with yellow or was it the high beams?

The yellow lights are his low beams i belive. car also has a nsx-r hood that has recently been painted imola.

my question is, are spoon calipers worth the money? Are they the same as the S2000 calipers?

Just a little note: Hoa's calipers are actually Project μ.
