Hey guys,

I'm visiting NYC this weekend. Thought I'd let you know in case any of you missed NSXPO but would like to meet.

If not, that's okay too... I need to NSX de-tox after the expo. :D

There is a Lambo run this sat if anyone is interested in going maybe Neo would like to be a guest in someones car .

Damn!!! I'd love to go to on that run, but my car is for sale with 49,700 on the clock and that trip will push me over the magical 50K mark :( I'm also way too busy at work and with baby. I really wanted to meet Neo, I haven't even had a chance to PM him back. (I hope he reads this :) )

Plus....knowing my luck if I go on the run I'll total my car and I'll have nothing left to sell. We all remember what happened on the last run!! Especially with Rob Ferretti around :D:D

If for some reason you end up in Connecticut, let me know. We have 2 casinos nearby & it's not supposed to rain on Sunday.

A lambo cruise? Sounds like fun. :) My intinerary is completely flexible while in NYC. I'm staying in Manhattan.

Jadkar : NSX or no NSX, i'd still like to meet you - if you're able and willing.

Neo....I wish there were some way. It's just a very busy time of the year for me. So many server migrations before the year end freeze. I'm on call all weekend & can't venture far from my house (it's like being on PC house arrest).

Bailey....The CRX isn't nearly complete. Plus as bad ass as it is going to be those Ferrari / lambo people wouldn't understand. Hell they don't get the idea behind an NSX let alone a 300hp CRX. There just a different crowd. The car is coming out pretty insane so far though. I have enough $$$ into it for a FX500 & big brake kit on an NSX

NEO,

If you're in town tomorrow night (Friday night), I'll be here boozing it up for a couple of my co-worker's birthdays. Everyone is invited to join. It's one of the hot spots in NYC right now. PM me if you're interested.

Is this your first time to NYC?

... this city is quite large. ;)

And just think your only in Manhattan which is 1 of the 5 boroughs

It's huge!

Can anyone suggest any great restaurants around the Times Square area -- anywhere between lower Central Park and 42nd st (or further down).... i'm getting tired of all this diner food. ;)

Cranberry Deli on 45th near 6th Ave is killer.

The best croissants in the universe: Le Croissant Shop at 38th & 6th. Try a palmier, too.

Carnegie deli on 55 St. and 7th Avenue is a great place for monster sandwiches.

If you're into steak, Ruth Chris Steak House - 148 West 51 Street

Best pizza - John’s Pizza – 260 W. 44th St. (between Seventh and Eighth Aves.)

But since your in the city, you have to go to Bobby Flay's Mesa Grill - 102 5th Avenue

Mesa Grill would be the place I would definately try if I were from out of town. That is if you're still in town Neo.

Great recommendations Jack...love Ruths Chris.

THANX GUYS... much appreciated. I might try out the mesa grill or John's pizza tonight.. depending on what i feel like eating tonight. i've been told i *must* try NY pizza while i'm here.

Neo...Ray Bari would still be my recommendation for good ol' NY Pizza. Also, i'm told the bagels suck everywhere else :), you may want to sample them. Jack, John Vasos spent a whole day checking it out for me and said I better buy it...i've got about 300mi on it so far...and i'm more of a black car guy anyways. It's at RPM right now for an idler, belts, and anything else it might need. We need to kidnap Neo and take him to Cafe Royale....anyone got a windowless van?

There are so many different variations of what people consider ny pizza. To find a good example of each you might have to travel to the outer boros.

Brooklyn or Bronx

Hey Bailey, let's not forget about Queens.

Jon, I saw your car at our shop last night. When I saw the flatbed pull up, I was shocked to see a NSX strapped to the back of it, let alone, your new baby. Just like your previous one, it's clean as hell! We're wondering at our shop if you lick your cars clean? Either way, your car is in good hands and we should have you back up and running by this afternoon (assuming the parts are in stock).

Neo, how long are you staying in NYC?
