Lotus of Siam, 953 E. Sahara Ave 702-735-3033, has excellent Thai food. Over a 30 year time fram it has been called the best Thai food in North America by A LA free press and the NYT. It has been listed as one of the top 50 and 100 place to eat in the US. Prices are not high.
Also we have Cars and Coffee Saturday morning, 7 to 10, but it may, or may not rain.

Sorry I didn't see this in time to meet up with you guys. I did have a blast in your awesome city. Next time I roll through I will make sure to meet up with some of the Vegas primers.
