Hello everbody,

at the end of the month I am going with a friend for 9 days in Los Angeles, San Diego... and then Vegas! :biggrin:

We have everything organized except for the two days / one night in SD.

I have been there for 4 weeks in 2000 and I had a blast, but it was sommer, so the activities were easier to find since they were season related...

What could we do in San Diego? Day and night?

I'll investigate this places... is it for both day/night?

In la Jolla Cove I have been before, it is a very nice beach, but maybe not interesting in February or not?

I know Mission Beach too, it has very populated walk in the Sommer. Again I wonder what happens in this season with the bars, shops around it.

I would suggest going out downtown. But where to go really depends on the days of the week you are going to be here.

Going to be quite cold around the beaches, especially at night. Seaport village is fun for shopping or just walking around and enjoying the scenery during the day (too cold at night during the winter months). I would suggest the gaslamp district at night for bars/clubs/dinner...

On your way to SD from LA stop off in San Clemente (Its in between the two)
Head for the Pier (El Camino Real, then drop down to Ave. Del Mar, go straight) the Fisherman's Restaurant on the Pier has a decent Happy Hour & Its a nice walk south on the beach towards Tressle's afterwards.

Very nice and very kinf! We will try to PM you if we are in San Clemente, we will check out this weekend when I will plan the last details with my friend!
