Ignition Coil reading slighty higher then spec - replace or not?

I just replaced the plugs with OEM NGK plugs. I tested all the coils and they read.
3 read 1.1 ohms
2 read 1.2 ohms
1 read 1.3 ohms

I read at http://www.danoland.com/nsxgarage the coil specs are surpose to read .90 - 1.1.

does that mean the coils are bad with only a little higher reading?

any suggestions. I'm still trying to fix this rough idle problem.
New plugs and cleaning the throttle body helped a little bit.

thanks

Did you check them right after you removed them from the engine? I had removed mine once after letting the engine cool down, but it was still a little warm. I had reading of 1.2 & 1.3 on a few of mine. I then checked the service manual and the measurment is temperature dependant. The coils should be at 25C (77F) when taking the measurement. I let mine sit around a little while then measured again. They were all right on 1.0.

I also went through the rough idle / hesitation this summer. I had new plugs put in back in the spring. I had also sprayed throttle body cleaner into the trottle body. Like you, mine seemed to improve but not back to full power. I had Larry B confirm this at the New Hampshire event. I took it to the dealer to have them look at it. They went through and cleaned the throttle body better than I could have done. Now my car runs perfect.

Also, after the thottle body is cleaned make sure you pull the clock fuse to reset the ECU. You may run rich if you dont.

THANK YOU SO MUCH FOR THE INPUT.

The engine was cooled overnight when I measured the ignition coils however it was cold outside... maybe that was the reason I got a slighly higher reading.

I am going to try to reset the ECU after cleaning the throttle body again.
