real or staged?
Wow. She must have hurt her neck pretty badly too. 
I saw this discussed elsewhere. As I recall, it's from a Japanese television commercial.
Looks like the handbag strap was broken. I don't know any woman alive who would willingly let that happen.

Great clip thoughI kinda think it was staged also. Not very many woman would be able to react that fast to something like that happening.
