Watching that car specs ( the OEM wing) I would say that this is the Hahne NSX who actually is parked in germany.

These wheels at the picture looks so funny, because in 1993 BBS produced some smaller versions of magnesium rims for rolling out with street tires.
This picture is beside the track, and surely Seikel put street tires at this car.
Because these NSX's looks simular to standard street NSX's, the Seikel guys were able to roll in the racing engines at the highways. At this time that was an usual thing.
Surely Seikel Motorsport used bigger sizes wheels for the race.
