I saw the same car this morning. I'd say it's a fair deal, given that you will need to provide the labor for the 60K T-belt service, and assuming it checks out okay.

Car fax'd clean as a whistle... A deposit is going in the mail tomorrow!!! I soon will have an NSX!!!

I would probably try and knock off a little more $$$ incase the snap ring goes. That is not a cheap fix. Bridgewater Acura is going through it right now.
