8. HARD DRIVE: Gettin home in the winter time.
9. PROMPT: Whut the mail ain't in the winter time.
10. WINDOWS: Whut to shut wen it's cold outside.

Good laugh. On a serious note though, the neighbor should notify someone of the oil dumping if it's still happening.
It's a very funny story, but it should be pointed out that it's in Georgia, which is generally not considered "Middle America".
