Does anyone know where to buy the Acura emblems for the hood and the back in Dark Chrome/Hyper black? Or is it easier to just get the original plated?

SOS sells carbon fiber black emblems. I would recommend those.

I painted mine gloss black. I carefully removed and had them professionally painted/cleared. Then re-installed with 0.045" gray VHB.
