Hubble space photos

What I'd like to know is how Hubble Scope will affect us that lives on the planet's surface as it slowly loses its altitude and falls back to Earth. Will it completely burn-up and leaves no falling debris as it enters the atmosphere, or will it scatter over densely populated area that may threaten those in their paths? Or maybe the angle of re-entry was steep enough to guarantee 100% disintergration? Anything else not mentioned? I wondered if these possible scenarios were forseen by NASA and remedied before they put it into orbit?

Billions of American taxpayer's dollars....*POOF*...... into cloud of smoke in an instant....But future generations will benefit from the knowledge we may gain from these pics.
