HPDE Tech Inspection Contacts?

With XPO coming up I need to get the hpde tech inspection done. Anyone know of someone in the LA area who can help with this? Appreciate it!

Ramon was recommended as usual but he's a little far South for me. Any other recs? Anybody had it done at the dealership?
