first whats wrong with your OEM radio? if its crackling in the speakers then the amps are bad, you need to send them to BrianK for repair.
but to answer your question of removal.
1 remove the clock. 2 screws hold it in place. and unplug it
2 remove the rubber mat in the center console
remove all 4 screws pull up on hte center console and place on ground.
3 there is 1 screw right where you need to remove that holds the center ( remove that screw.
4 pull out ashtray, there are 1-2 screws holding the remaining screw for the center console bezel
5 unhook the shift boot from the Shift Knob
6 unscrew shift knob
7 pull e-brake up as far as it will go
8 pull the center console bezel from the bottom then from the top
the center where the vertical meets the horizotal part will break if to much presure is applied be careful to " work it out "
9 unplug cig lighter, and temp sensor
10 there are 4 screws holding the radio in remove them
11 unplug radio
12 your done
