How To Remove Cover, L. Fr. Sash Holder

Does any one know how to remove the COVER, L. FR. SASH HOLDER? PART 29-30 in the diagram. It is located on the corner of the window by the mirrors? I'm in the process of replacing it because it is very faded. It used to be a glossy black now it is turning grayish almost and dull. Probably caused by sun damage.

Once you remove the inner plastic piece, parts 9,20 in your pic, there are three phillips screws holding it on from the inside.
