How rare is this Mugen NSX Full bucket Seat

I got this seat off an NSX quite a while back and I am just wondering about the rarity of this seat. Someone wanted it for $2000 due to its rarity but I refused it sell it to him because I didnt know the true value of it. I have heard that this is one of the rarest seats for NSX. Its not for sale at the moment. Any new light on the seat would be very much appreciated.

They look like the Mugen S1 bucket seats. Seeing the discoloration of the shoulders, it may have been used for a while. You can see more here. From the previous website, $2000 would be a pretty big profit. Especially when they've been used.

Weird thing is, I can't find any info on an S1 in carbon, as pictured. It's probably an F1Spec shell with a Mugen cover.

Thanks for the info. I came across my own thread after some google search on the same seat. Its not the usual S1 bucket seat. Its different and more expensive.
A few months back, I read a thread on this seat but I cant locate it anymore. At the moment, someone here on nsx has offered to beat the last quoted 2500$ plus shipping for this seat. But like I said before, its not for sale until I find the true value of this seat.

Replying to my own thread for the third time. I found more info on this seat.

Its the Special Edition Carbon Fiber S1, Mold Green.

And after getting the full info on the seat, I have put it up for sale on ebay. If anyone is interested, you are welcome to bid. I have put the starting price on a little higher end. We will see how it goes.
