I read through the prime and found that myer emco, falls church and person is Chris. Just wanted to check to feel comfortable as this is will be FIRST time after 10years I am allowing somebody to put hands on my car to customize. kind of over protective hah!

Sounds Solutions in Chantilly does great work. They do tons of work for us at work and have done a few custom NSX's too. Seen a few cars from Ferrari of Washington in the bay too:) Same owner and manager for ten years when I last worked for them!

Myer Emco in Falls Church has done most of the NSX in this area. I would recommend them for any NSX. They did my NSX, NSXWOLF, charleysung, QWKSLVR and DONWON NSXes.

Thanks for input. I did try the Sound Solutions of Chantilly. Nobody picked up the phone few times. Since last Friday. It's just closer too.

I could get hold of Chris in myer emco easily and he mentioned that he did most of nsx in DC area. That is why I posted here to validate.

I will try both the places and see what they have done.

Wish I could see the nsx done by both. Seems like both are great. Decisions! Decisions!

After careful evaluation IMHO. I decided to go with Chris from MyerEmco. coz:

Sound solutions are also a good choice but did not see much of nsx knowledge as compared to Chris in MyerEmco. I could be totally wrong as I have little myself. Chris seems to have worked on most nsx in the area and he is a cool guy. Kind of felt easy and open minded person to deal with. Chris(ME) takes you more seriously and explain you how, what and why. I did not feel same with others. Almost waiting to get rid of you so they can move on to next customer. I can understand but don't like it. Sound solutions does have more esthetic sense. Both these stores stipulate to buy in their store ONLY, which I did not like personally.

I spoke with KarTunes. The person claims they have done nsx but I did not feel comfortable with knowledge (little I have). He had no pics of nsx. This is the only place I found that can do your stereo work without stipulating that you need to buy from their store. Looks like they have done some good stuff.

In regards to Pricing: None recommend same type of speakers so can't really put a finger on it. Some do more customization so labor is more and some do less. Labor rates are different but hours can change. Pricing is pretty much same everywhere or MyerEmco is bit high. Again that depends on what you getting. Quality, types, customization etc. Chris deals with pretty expensive cars based on the spot evaluation and pics I have seen from all three.

My car is still being worked on. I will post my update once I have it. ETA: Early next week.
