My neighbor does that. He hired a guy a few years ago to do them. He cut the lights to his exact design for his house. A crew comes to put them up and then take them down. He stores them in bins in his basement until the next year when they come to install them again. I don't know the cost, but this same guy also pays landscapers to take care of his yard which is a .10 acre lot.
