how do you take off the taitec diffuser

You pretty much just unbolt all the bolts/brackets.

It is the same process as taking the rear valance off. Unbolt all the brackets connected on the diffuser to the car, then take the rear bumper off while the diffuser is still attached. once the bumper is off, then you can take the diffuser apart from the bumper.
