How do I retrieve my password?

I'm logged into my office computer which saved my password. I purchased a new laptop for home but can't remember my password. I'll admit I'm no Mensa but those stupid Mensa questions should be dumped for a better way to screen out spammers. The server won't even accept the correct answers. Please help me get back on line at home. Please email me the instructions.
