How do I make a banner??

Hey Guys,

I'd like to make a banner, but not sure how to. I'm using FrontPage, and used the help files to figure it out but that didn't work. I got as far as putting a picture but I couldn't add text.

Is there an easy way to make one?

Any help is appreciated. Thanks

When I make banners, I make the graphics with photoshop. Then save the different frames. (usually 3 frames per banner ad). You have to save them in a .gif format. Then use a program like ms gif animator, or coffecup gif animator to combine them together.
