You answered your own question!!! Houses in Socal are so freakin expensive and small that you cant swing a cat without hitting someone!!
Houses in AZ and NV are HUGE by comparison, and you can throw a party in a different part of the house everyday and still never have to clean up by weeks end!

BTW, my place isnt big enough to hold ANY of you!
