Honda's Goodwood Display

Jenson will not be driving the nsx, almost 100% confident based on what I heard today. They mentioned hoping it would run next year.

Static display and current owners generally felt it was another 'white elephant' in the marketing opportunity!

You've got to be kidding me with the fishbowl. Doesn't exactly inspire confidence that this thing is near production ready when you can't even open up the door and sit inside.

It looks to me like Honda developed a "fishbowl" hands off display theme for the NSX, the F1 car and whatever else they have there.
It's an interesting non-traditional display and looks like it would attract a lot of interest.

Sure, the NSX is not easily accessed or viewed but the allocation is all sold and the F1 car is not for sale either.
Looks very progressive to me.

As far as a live NSX driving at Goodwood, the car hasn't been driven live in public anywhere on the planet so why all the boos?
No one from the public has been able to sit in one anywhere either.
We'll all have to wait until the production version has gone through the magazine testing and articles and shows up at dealerships later in the year.

While he may not be driving it, he's confirmed by Honda UK for being there for their display tomorrow. He said he'd drive some beauties, so I wonder what cars he's referring to...could just be a McLaren P1. But possibly something Honda related?

I guess we'll see around 11:45am UK time.
