I've discussed it on here several times. It's the best stuff to come out of an aerosol can since Redi-Whip. :)

No doubt. "Honda Polish" is the bomb. Those of us that ride motorcycles have been using this stuff for 10 years. It takes bugs off your bike, it can be used as a quick detailer when you don't have time to wax. Hell, I used to ride around with a smaller can under my seat with a rag, so if I pulled up and had bugs on my ride, I could give it the ol' 15 second detail job. I've used it on cars for a while as well. If I was going to a car show, I'd have a can in the trunk and hit the whole car when I parked it.

There's a similar product called "Protect-all" available in aerosol and non-aerosol (pump) sprayers - works very well also.....again used primarily by motorcycle riders but works good on anything that's "waxable".

I heard honda spray polish is no more...something about the pollutants released that damages the air quality

It's illegal to use in CA, DE, MD, NJ, NY, PA, DC, CT, MA, NH, RI, VA and VT.

You can probably buy it from these guys and they'll ship it to you. Plus you can't beat their price of $5.40 for the big can.

Anyone know where you can find the Material Safety Data Sheet (MSDS) on this product? I doubt Honda makes this and that it's just a private label of some other manufacturers product that might be had for a less expensive price. Most aerosols should be around $30-$35 for a case of twelve for a product of this caliber.

I've been using that stuff on my Gold Wings for eight years. Never thought of using it on the car. I get it by the case since I own a Gold Wing shop.

Five or six bucks a can is too expensive? There are numbnuts around here who gladly pay $100+ for a jar of "NSX Glaze". This is the first time I've heard someone bitching about a $6.00 can.

You my man should therefore sponsor a group buy!

I just found this stuff myself. Honest to goodness this stuff is the best I have ever seen to polish and clear up lenses like on my 540i. It is not aggressive enough to remove deep pitting but will clean up everything else better then anything I have witnessed. It is also AMAZING on scratched CDs and DVDs. I showed the guys at the tire shop I use and they now stock it and offer it as an $8 service to customers. It is that good.

I never thought to use it on the painted service of the car. Is this really safe???

I prefer the Zaino Z-6 between washings. I have used Protect All on my RVs and that stuff is great too.

This stuff is the best! We had an Acura Car Care kit in a cardboard case with a black NSX on the cover, I think they are like $8.50 each and its a got a can of this stuff in it. It also had a can of the window cleaner and something else I think. When I started at Acura we ordered every kit we could find in the country. They were factory kits given out years ago. This stuff is the best but we dont have anymore and it dont think its for a sale in NJ anymore for some strange reason.

See post #7 above. I believe it contains CFC's which are now illegal in some states. Call my buddy Ciro at Delray Acura at 561-265-0000 (option3 for parts) and order a few cases before it completely disappears from the market.

Has anyone used this to remove water spots? I tried 50/50 white vinegar & water, but it only removed some of the water spots, or at least it appeared to remove a little bit. I've read that polishes remove some water spots as well, so I thought I'd give this Honda Polish a try...

Your thoughts are appreciated...=)

Water spots = yes. Clear coat = no. I had what I thought were water spots on my c pillar but they were clear coat damage. This won't help that.

Thanks Nick, I'll give it a shot. I'm pretty sure these are water spots since some of the spots made it to the black window trim. Funny you should reply, I literally, just finished reading your post about your garage lift. I too have a 2 car garage, and it was awe inspiring...=)
