Honda Powered Lotus Elise

I really do like the look of the early Elise (the one above) much better than the S2. Oh well, at least they are sending it here. I would rather have Honda power than Toyota as well. I had heard that Honda was trying to be a global source for powerplants (the reason they switched rotation on the new engines) and that Lotus had problems getting Toyota to agree to supply. Wonder why they went Toyota...
Old news. They were selling that conversion back in 99.
Someone here in Half Moon Bay has one. It looks pretty cool and it has Honda reliability!
