Honda NSX Child Seat

Looks like a mini Sparco with a 3 pt harness!
Anyone ever seen the Recaro kiddie seat? My local auto accessories store has 'em for $399. Yikes.
Who makes a car seat that fits between the bolsters?

I've seen the Simpson (rebadged) and the Recaro car seats. They are "cute."
I have used the one Simpson used to rebadge in my NSX. No problems. Fits in the car with no issues. I just move the seat all the way back, recline it so it matches the car seat, and we are all set. My daughter LOVES riding in the NSX with the top off! (She just turned 5)
Just make sure when you secure the car's seatbelt to the carseat, to pull the seatbelt all the way out, then let it retract as tight as possible... the belt will stay locked in position until you release it.

I take it that you don't have an airbag on the passenger side? or is it disabled?

Well if you are looking for the Recaro child seat, you can get them at Baby's R Us.
Babies R Us? I thought there was only Kids R Us or Toys R Us.

For forward facing toddlers I've had good results with
1) Graco CarGo
2) Fisher Price Safe Embrace 1 (discontinued)
The rears of both of them are narrow and fit between the side bolsters
However the Century Breverra Ascend models are a real pain because they are broad and don't fit between the bolsters. Even if you can snug them up, access to the latch receiver is hampered. It does however work well in automobile seats that are flat and broad.
