Honda Fit coming to U.S.?

Don't know if anyone cares, but I found this over on VTEC.net. I think it's kind of a cool little car? Pretty soon we'll probably see people putting the K20A engine in this thing.

Why has Honda has renamed this from the "Jazz" to the "Fit"???

They are meant to be very spacious for a compact car, but slightly underpowered. (i think that's about the 1.3L version)

Personally, I think they are cute. But a number of respectable chicks have told me they don't really like the design. And that's a critical sales point.

"Fit" is the name Honda uses for this model in Japan. The "Jazz" name is still used in some Asia-Pacific markets.
