Anyone know the part number or where to get the Honda anti-rattle tape (the one that is super thin along the edges of the rear bulkhead panels)?

What other parts is this tape on? Seems like a good idea after 20+ years to refresh it. Keeps things nice and snug.

That 3mm thick EPT Sealer (06990-sa5-000) is excellent for getting rid of rattles.

Honda published Service Bulletin 99-030 listing various foam and felt tapes they recommend to get rid of interior squeaks and rattles – see here.

Unfortunately, I haven’t been able to find a replacement for the super-thin felt Honda applied to the edges of various things in the interior like the rear bulkhead panels, the center console, etc. The thinnest felt Honda recommends in that Service Bulletin (Tricot Tape 71985-sf1-000) is still much thicker than the super-thin stuff applied at the factory. Here’s what it looks like:

Tricot Tape 71985-sf1-000 is thinner than the 1mm thick Wool Felt 06993-sa5-000 Honda recommends, which can be seen in this blog over on the NSX Club of Britain's website: http://www.nsxcb.co.uk/entry.php?306-Interior-noise-07.

In any case, if anyone finds a real substitute for the super-thin felt Honda applied at the factory, please post the source or part number!
