Homemade NSX music video

Bob,
Had no luck with the link, It says the page is unavailable. Bummer too, because I was looking forward to watching some of your driving. Hope you get the link working soon!

Cheers
Aaron

My brother was hosting it for me and said there were multiple simultaneous downloads going on and that might explain why you couldn't get it. I am trying to get it straightened out. Has anyone been able to download it?

I converted it to MPEG1 and put it on Imagestation to ease the traffic through my brother's server. It is 25 mb and with a cable modem should be about a 5 minute download now.

Let me know if there are any further problems.

Excellent Video! What track was that filmed at? I know you’re close to Lime rock but it didn't look like it in the video. Also, what program did you edit with? I use Adobe Premiere and when I try zooming on still shots like you did I get pixelation. Your still shots were beautiful, nice work!

Wow!!

Awesome video!!! It's like watching a classic movie highlights. Are you planning to make more videos like that? :D Can't wait for the next one!! I would also like to know which editing program you used.

Great job!

The video was taken in my car at Watkins Glen over Labor Day weekend (in the rain of course). The stills of cars other than mine were taken by me at Lime Rock with the SCCA racing being at Lime Rock over Memorial Day weekend. The other stills of me were taken by track photographers at Lime Rock, Watkins Glen, New Hampshire International and Texas Motorsports Ranch.

The video was final edited by my brother using Avid with the "edginess" being added by applying a film damage effect with Boris Continuum Complete.

I am going to work with my brother to do more of a full length feature with expanded soundtrack and different camera angles from the car. Unfortunately, it is something that will have to be dvd based because I anticipate it will be too large for any server to host it. In the meantime, after seeing the way this one came out I will probably do a few "short clips" like this one but from different tracks.

Best part of your video was the fade to black. Now I have to find a computer in my ofice with audio.
From the instructor in the NSX passed by you between turn 8 & 9 at Watkins Glen.

Pete, stop terrorizing people at the tracks!! :D
