Well there was new car movie out at my dvd store. Seeing that it had the 'mighty' Holden Monaro (New Pontiac GTO) on the front cover, i had to check it out. Checking for three days in a row, i finally got a copy (only two copies at one store in the entire town) Riding home excited at the prospect of watching another car movie, i'm almost home when i get hit by a car! (Injured neck, back, left leg, ribs and shoulders.) After doing a fall guy impression over the front of the car, i look up and realise the car that hit me was a modded mitsubishi (evo clone) Being the car nut i am, i get up and start talking to the guy about his car (waiting for the police to arrive). Telling him i thought it was nice (except for the front end damage and his new bicycle decal on his drivers side door.) All the while the Japanese fella look like he was going to throw up, looking at me kinda strange. So after the police interviews, photographs and insistence that i go to a hospital, i finally get home and watch the dvd.

There was a reasonable (albeit with the obligatory crappy stickers) red nsx on the screen for a few seconds, other than that it was a below average movie. It was a kick seeing an aussie car get all the screen time and although the movie was fairly crappy it was worth a look . (may have been the concussion)

Epilogue
Later that evening, a knock on the door. It was the guy that hit me. He gave me a gift(biscuits-expensive ones) and an apology in written english, saying he was sorry he hit me :) Apparently this is a Japanese custom! Very cool. :) All ends that ends well (besides feeling like i've been hit by...well a car!)

Glad to hear you are alright!!! I hope the pain isn't too bad today, it normally is the day after but will get better every day afterwards.

Take care and watch out for moving vehicles!

Thanks, appreciated! Still feeling sore, but feeling better. I hear you on the being wary of moving vehicles, especially when they're headed towards me! :D

Good thing you did not break anything.
Hope you feel better.
If that happened here, you'll be driving his evo clone in a month.
