Hockenheim free training day yesterday with Race Car Promotion was cold (below 10 deg. C) but big fun, dry track (only some harmless snow flakes in the afternoon) and more wrecked Porsches and other cars spinning or stuck in the gravel than I ever saw at one track day.
I began the day way easier than some of the P-car guys (dangerous on cold track), increased the speed at every 30 min session (we had 8) managed to reach my own goal and drove a 2:01,67 with passenger and 1:59,49 alone. That's 2 seconds faster than last year when it was about 15-20 degrees. Long story will follow on my website as soon as the pics are ready (I still have only analogue cameras).
