I don't understand why people would do some of that stuff to their cars! I remember in Flagstaff I once saw a Geo Storm that was completely rebadge to a Honda Accord. Did they really think they were fooling anybody?

This picture reminded me of that.

According to the definition on the Rice-Boy page, no!! It has 235HP at the wheels + nitrous=real go!

Unfortunately, the car looks absolutely hideous, so rice or not, it should not exist!
