Hmm is the car lowered? It might be your tires scraping your wheel wells if it is too low...or maybe its a bad wheel bearing.Jack up the car and see if there is any play in the wheel in question... (push on the top edge of the wheel thats facing you to see if it moves)This will tell you if your wheel bearing is going out. Also check your CV boots to make sure they are not torn or leaking.
