Help with lower bumper skirt removal

I'm having a little difficulty removing the side part of the lower front skirt. View the picture and you'll see that there are 3 small screws that hold it in place. However, I can't get to the inner 3rd screw. There has to be some trick to remove this safely. I did remove the aluminum piece that attaches the lower skirt from the inside fender already. Any tips would help me.

I do believe you need to remove the entire bumper to remove the lower skirt. Check the service manual.

^^+2 and becareful when removing the entire bumper cause you could easily scratch the side body fender. I suggest you have an assistant, one secure on each side and push out forward.

Take off the entire bumper? Does the outer skin come off, or do you have to take the everything off? If I have to take the whole bumper off, I may as well just get the mode 4 (NA2/w pop up lights).
