Help with door motor

Any idea on how to put back the wind up spring? The plastic clip broke and the cable broke lose and wand up inside the motor. Any repair guideson how to fix this?

You could have prevented this program by buying and installing the window fix-it thingies. I recommend doing so in the door on the other side. You can buy them here.
