Help Turning off the Airbag Light

I have recently purchased a OEM 95 JDM NSX-R hub and a Momo steering wheel. The hub does not come with some sort of airbag light resistor.

Does anyone what to do to turn off the annoying airbag failure warning light? I heard you can jumper the wire, but how.

I would appreciate it if someone could please help me with detail instructions.
