Help, Steering wheel console

I'm trying to take out the console around the steering wheel the one that is around the ignition start key. the leather is peeling off and I want to stretch it back and glue it down. I took out the 2 lower screws and I'm not sure how the top part comes off. I'm afraid to just pull on it but it looks like there is no screw. Any ideas

Hi there,

There are no screws on top, just on the bottom of the cover. Make sure all screws are off from bottom, then just use mighty force to pull off the top. Its a snap on. don't worry, it won't break....made from metal if i remember right.
