Help Please - passenger window will not wind up fully

Hi,

Please can anyone help. I am unable to wind up the passenger window, it won't go up fully, on the last 1/4 inch it sounds like it hits something and stops.

I have looked at the threads about removing the door card and have pulled the weatherstrip back and have removed the 8 screws, I have then removed to 2 sash covers but am unable to remove the door card even after doing this. The door card still feels like it is attached somewhere. Can anyone offer any advise please.
