Help me with MOMO wheel install please

Hey guys, I bought this wheel and hub/cruise button combo used here and need some help.

I have these two hubs. Does anyone know who makes the silver one?

They each have ONE wire sticking out, the horn button, has two connectors. Where does the other horn connector attach?

I also have the sparco cruise buttons, but I am guessing this will not work with QR, right?

The silver hub looks like it might be an old SOS Rapid hub. They used to sell it a few years back and I believe they may have stopped making them when other, lower coat alternatives became available.

As for the cruise control buttons, they can be installed with a quick release hub - they are installed together with the part that remains attached to the steering column and do not come off along with the wheel when removed. If you want pics let me know and I can PM a few so you can see what I mean.

One wire goes to horn hot(+) and the other goes to ground. If the wire sticking out is attached to the hub itself, then that is likely ground(-).
