Help identifying this hatch

I have searched the internet for quite a while and was not able to find any information in regards to this hatch, other than pictures of it, so I was wondering if anyone can identify this (brand/manufacturer) and/or if you have any information regarding a vendor that can get them and can share it would be greatly appreciated, thanks in advance.
