Help identify these parts in engine bay

Hi guys,

Because California sucks, I need to convert some things back to stock before I can pass smog. I'm new to the Nsx, and was hoping you guys could help me to identify these parts so that I can look them up further in the shop manual and look to see how I can get things back to oem.

B is the coolant tank. Hilarious that emissions cares about that.

C looks like an oil catch can.

Yea, it's rather tiring. For the coolant tank, I just need to make sure it's actually connected like it originally is, which I assume it is.

Gotta take the catch can out, can't have it airing out to atmosphere.

Anyone know what A is? There are two nipples that are not connected and go somewhere....
