Help how do i loosen the tensioner on the ac pulley?

title says it all. I need to put my ac belt back on...mechanic forgot to...and it's freakin hot outside...NEED AC

You've got to loosen the nut at the center of the pulley first. Then turn the long hex shaft above the tensioner. I think they're 14mm and/or 12mm IIRC. Tighten the hex shaft to 8.7 ft-lbs, then tighten the nut to 32.5 ft-lbs.
