Help Horn Question.

I have a Momo Steering and the Horn was working. before I disconnect everything I check see what is connected. The only connection I saw is just the Red Wire. Theres only 1 red wire sticking out and connected to my steering wheel.

then I decide to install the Works Bell QR system. ( im scared of someone steeling my car )

Then I put a WB Short Hub, connected just the Red Wire from the main wire ( which is the only Red wire ). But the Hub comes with Black and Red wire... Black for Maybe ground? yea?.

then connected my Quick Release WB. Also connected just the Red Wire to my steering wheel.

Im done putting everything back together but the Horn is Not working? lol?

I dunno if I needed to connect the Black wire also since...... there is only 1 main wire and its the Red one from the start.

Any input on what ive missed?
