I am driving on a highway doing about 80 in 4th gear (4.55 gears) and nothing wrong.
I come to a light when i get off the highway, and I see oil light come on,and oil pressure guage droped to nothing, and car started to make really quiet clicking noices (not hard metal to metal stuff).

Right away I pull over turn off my car. Checken my oil level, It is half quort too low, I added half quort in, and tried to start it. The oil pressure went back up, the car started to idle about 1200rpm, I tried giving a little gas (till like 3,000rpm) and I noticed that the clicking noice was still there. I shut it off, right away. My friends checked some stuff on it and it seemed fine.

We tried starting it again. The noise simce to be gone, but the car would idle for few seconds and then shut off. I tried again, same thing. RPMs go up and instead of droping to 650 or 700rpm, they just drop completly making a quick half a second stop at the 700.

What can it posibly be?
Its sad, I just bought the car on monday day time and tuesday 11:00pm, it did this to me.

PLEASE HELP
sucks that my first post has to be this...

turbo built motor

Sorry to hear you are off to a bad start with your car, but perhaps it is nothing serious.

But it's not something easily diagnosed remotely unless someone has had the very same problem. I see that your signature shows "turbo built motor". That means things have been done to the fuel delivery and probably other engine control functions such as timing. You should become as well informed as possible about what mods have been done so people have a better idea of where problems might be.

Does it have the stock ECU or a complete replacement? If the stock one, how is extra fuel delivered? Bigger injectors and a piggyback controller or extra auxiliary injectors and controller, or an FMU to increase fuel pressure with boost? What about ignition timing? Any of these may be the source of your problem. I think you will need help from a tech with experience on your particular type of mods.

Sorry to hear of your difficult.I'm sure that some of our tech folks will chime in as SJS has already.I'm not qualified to offer a diagnosis but if it were me the car would be at a knowledgable acura tech with nsx experience,That said it would help our community out greatly if you could post the basic specs on your car and the story of how you came to purchase it.It is rare that such problems occur so quickly, and therefore we may learn something from your buying experience.

Hi Dmitir,
Normally I would say welcome to the forum and congrats with your NSX-purchase.
I'm sorry to hear about your problem. I have no clue what it might be. I had a similir problem on an old (other) car which had the same symptoms and it turned out to be burning oil badly. Hope this is not the case with your NSX. It could be anything though but be sure to have it check by a competent person.
One thing that I always remember about what other NSX-people tell me. NEVER drive the car with the oil-warning light on. Very very bad for your engine.

Your car should operate normally when the oil is low by only half a quart. That should not be low enough to light the oil warning light.
