Well, you should post in the tech area..but to answer your question, follow the trouble shooting guide in the manual. Do you have pressure gauges? VOM? Did it work before you filled it? Keep in mind that if overfilled the high pressure switch will keep the clutch from engaging.
If it is cold after a charging but not cold the next day it could possibly be a leak in the sealed system. Take it to a shop to determine where the leak is .
