Help, 18/19 wheels, what springs?

Hey everyone, Im looking at getting some 18x8 and 19x10 HRE's and I also wanted to lower my car. I have Neuspeed springs(uninstalled), and think they will be way too low. I was told 1.5 to 1.75 inch drop. Besides Eibach, what other springs (H&R?) can I get that will be slightly lower then the Eibachs, without having to modify/remove my wheel well liner.

You shouldnt be too low. I have 18x8.5 and 19x9.5's. I am running JIC full coilover's and it is VERY low. I rub every now and then in the front passenger but it is very minor. I think your prob might be the 19x10's... I have seen a few 18x10's and 19x10's and the rim hangs out just a little bit making it scary looking if you do get too low.

The main factor will be how true your wheel offset is.

PS. About the only spring that is a little higher than the others is Eibach Pro.

The rims Im interested in are HRE's(made for the NSX). They are made to sit flush! The perfect offset. But what I'm trying to do is lower my car more than an Eibach drop. So, if I go slightly lower, like with H&R(1.5 inches), will I have problems? (besides rubbing)
How low is your car btw? Do you have pics?

I just got my new 18/19 set up on my car and it looks awesome!!I ordered the 547r hre series.The build quality of the HRE wheels is worth every penny!!I lowered my car 2" with h&R springs and the car looks amazing!I wouldn't have it any other way.I have not had any rubbing at all.I will post pictures as soon as i can.JD

Thats exactly what I wanted to know!! Thanks! Do the H&R really lower the NSX 2 inches? I was thinking this is how it goes:
Eibach: 1.25 inches
H&R : 1.5 inches
Neuspeed: 1.75 inches

If you go on the eibach or H&R website they list the springs they have and the different drops for each spring.I dropped mine 2" with 18/19 set up and the wheels are nicely flush with the outside of the wheel wells.I also only have about a 2" space from the top of the wheels to the edge of the wheel wells.No more big gap of wheel well space.JD
