Why does my heater only run on the highest setting, and it doesnt seem to blow very warm air? Also the center vents under the clock dont have any air coming out on any setting?:(

Not as of yet. When I do this I am also going to take car of a noisy aspirator fan (inside that little vent just forward of the gearshift). That thing sounds like a mini two stroke engine in there.

Before you waste your money on an expensive new climate control unit, I would replace all the capacitors in the climate control and see if that works. It is a very cheap potential fix and many people have had success with it.

I wasn't going to replace the entire climate control unit, just the blower motor and the power transistor. Bad idea?

Try the capacitors first? I was just going from the TSB.

I just took the climate controll apart and replaced 4 capacitors, i only replaced the ones with dark areas under them where it looked to me as if the circuit board got hot. No luck though it still only runs on high!

I replaced all of the electrolytic Caps on my climate control, to no avail. I received the new board and will install it Wednesday. I'll post here with the results. By the way, it was about $130 cheaper to order it over the Internet rather than from the dealer with the so called "NSXCA" discount (I am a NSXCA member).

How much was the new board and where did you get it?

With shipping, the cost was $698.41. I ordered the board from a place called HNA Automotive in San Antonio, TX. The number there is 210-543-1565. The cost was at least $100 LESS than from a well known Acura Dealer that gives "NSXCA Discounts". If you call HNA, ask for Scott. He was very helpful and shipping was very fast.

I got the info about HNA from another post on this board. Another reason why I chose a NSX over the others. :) And another reason why I use NSXPrime  .
