hearing chirping sounds at set intervals

I have 95 nsx that is making chirping noises, even when the car is not running. As long I turn the ignition to get power to the car, I hear. I am not sure if it is the built in radar detector or not, but does anyone have any idea?

I think your car is possesed! May I suggest garlic necklace and a portable holy cross (polished stainless steel for that extra potency) to drive the demons away.
