After trying "Xenon Gas-filled bulbs" with a blue tint in my NSX, the connector wiring system on the right side began burning as a result of the high wattage (100W). Has anyone else had a similar experience with high wattage headlight bulbs? What are the best kind to use? I am really unhappy with the factory "yellow" look, and would like a cleaner bluish-white look similar to the Xenon HID system. Does a bulb which produces this look using OEM wattage exist? Or maybe my case was a one of a kind and it is safe to use a higher wattage bulb? Please offer any info you might have. Thanks.
